Once the illustration is finalized, the next step is to find the perfect fabric for your treatment, be it silk, cotton blends, acrylic, nylon, jacquard, wool, velvet, linen, sheers or a synthetic or polyester blend. I will order in a small sample of the fabric selected for you to look at in different light of the day, night and in-between.

We will also talk about linings, interlining and black-out lining and why it will best serve you in this window treatment. Good workmanship in the construction of draperies is as important as the quality of the fabric itself. Lastly we shall use appropriate hardware – custom iron, wooden in all types of finishes, decorative finials, traversing rods. A customized estimate will be presented for you to peruse, including all costs – labor, measuring, fabrics, trims, inserts, shipping and professional installation.
